5 Reasons Why You Need to Drink Alkaline Water

I bet you have already come across the alkaline diet plan to stop your body being too acidic.

There has been numerous articles, books and cook books writen on this subject.

If this concept is new to you, in short:

Duty – because I lost my friend to breast cancer some time ago and pleasure because I love supporting great causes

and meeting fab people who are interested actively looking after their health .

It shocked me how many people (various ages, both genders) I spoke with who either have recovered from cancer

or know someone who is going through treatments…


Why keeping body in {alkaline} balance is crucial?

Here is the 5 reasons:

If your body is too acidic, you are more likely to suffer with

Fatigue and tiredness,

Muscle cramps,

Weight gain,

Even cancer.


Let’s look into it in more details:

My personal tip:

First thing in the morning, I drink a cup of warm water with lemon.

It helps the body to detoxify after a long night sleep,

it helps you maintain regularity in the morning, it replenishes lost fluids – we all sweat at night.


Proper hydration helps you to be more alert but also your skin will be clearer and glowing.

You can sip lemon water during the day too.

In fact, it’s been very popular these days to add all kinds of fruit in your drinking bottle

e.g. apples, pears, berries, oranges… as your taste buds desire.


Choose organic lemons and fruits – you don’t want pesticides or other toxins adding into your body.


As I pointed out above, you need to make some dietary adjustments!

Stay clear of sugar, processed foods, alcohol, etc.

Instead drink pure, clean alkaline water throughout the day in order to fight acidosis and you’ll boost your general health and wellbeing.
