6 Top Tips to Radiant Looking Skin this Summer

Have you been enjoying the warm, sunny days?

I absolutely love them! But what about our skin? In summer we can very easily forget to look after our biggest organ.

We all know we need to wear sun cream on hot days, but we often neglect other skincare.

Keeping a correct summer skin care regime will help your skin look throughout the summer.

And by the way, skincare doesn’t need to be complicated either.

You shouldn’t need to spend hours in front of the mirror nor use hundreds of products or gadgets.

Let me share with you top simple tips to getting the perfect summer skin this season.

Whether you are in the office, meeting clients or sitting on the beach.

 

#1 Hydrate

Water is vital for keeping your skin and complexion looking vibrant on every part of your body.

For having clear skin, it is critical to drink at least 2 litres of pure, clean water per day.

This amount of water keeps our body totally hydrated.

Now, if you find it really tricky to drink this much water each day, then give it some flavour!

Infuse it with your favourite fruit.

And if even that proofs challenging, eat foods that are full of water.

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • mix together and apply on the body
  • wash off after a few minutes.
  • repeat 1-3 times a week
  • use organic pure skin care afterwards.

Believe it or not I also gain more energy. You don’t have to drink coffee to get the same effect

 

#5 Dare not to wear?

Challenge yourself to have at least one day a week no make-up.

This allows your skin a chance to breathe, without being clogged with make-up and other impurities.

 

#6 Choose chemical free skin care

Many products today are full of harmful chemicals.

Did you know that any chemicals you apply to your skin will be transferred into your blood and body?

I strongly recommend staying as natural and pure as possible.

There is a wider range on the market now to choose from.

I personally use skin care with natural red, brown and green seaweed and have been very happy with it.
