Are we properly educated in financial literacy?

In morning I checked my bank account and I received some money. I certainly like the amount. The more I play and have fun with my business the more I get as a reward. Isn’t that great?

But one has to be really good with money in order to get more. It’s about knowing where each penny goes…

I listened to a great recording where a multi million dollar earner in MLM Kathleen Deggelman share really interesting insights. I thought I pass my notes onto you. She spoke about financial literacy which is NOT taught at schools and in most households either.

By the way, did you know that “One third of British working mothers are main breadwinners”?The proportion of women in Europe who carry financial responsibility for their family has dramatically increased in past 20 years, according to research. Over the past two decades, employment among single parents – mostly women – had risen dramatically from 47.1% in 1996 to 65.7% in 2014, the report said.

Here are my notes and Kathleen Deggelman’s view.

If you take care of your money you get empowered.

Money is sexy. And it gives you freedom.

Be the student of making money. 76% families live pay cheque to pay cheque.

Rewire your thoughts.

If you make 10K and your spend £10 100 you are still broke.

Be financially better off, be smart with your money.

We don’t teach kids about financial literacy.

We have to start that!

She asked herself a question:

How to properly manage your money

so that I don’t ever have to worry about money?

The answer was: I want to become an entrepreneur and get empowered.

Change your blue print. You don’t have to live in the victim state that no one in your family has made money. You can choose to live differently.
